Congratulations on your Wedding Date! You’ve been dreaming of the details to your event since the moment you said “yes” and we want to be sure all of those special touches are taken care of, relieving the stress from you or any family and friends. You have a vision and we are here to help make your dreams come true. You may ask yourselves “Do We Need a Coordinator?” Well here are a few key services we provide:

  • Face-to-face meeting(s) to get to know you, your personalities and to discuss and understand your overall vision
  • Unlimited email and phone contact
  • Assess layouts and logistics
  • Review contracts
  • Adhere to rules/restrictions of venue/vendors
  • Referrals to quality vendors
  • Available to answer questions regarding particular aspects of your event in advance
  • Point of contact for any questions/concerns from family members, bridal party or guests
  • Attend site visits or walkthroughs
  • Coordinate wedding rehearsal the week before the big day
  • Guidance for line-up of bridal party and family with placement
  • Setup of personal items
  • Make sure table settings and all of your setup wishes are in place, comparing to examples provided from couple
  • Placement of programs, favors and accent pieces
  • Guide and direct guests
  • Ensure that speakers/performers are available and are informed prior to giving any speeches or performances
  • Collection of gifts and card box assistance for loading at end of the day
  • Create timeline of the day's events
  • Keep vendors on track with communication throughout the events
  • Manage guest flow
  • Keep an eye on the details and relocate anything that's out of place
  • Point of contact to vendors for any questions or concerns
  • Collect & box up any personal items that need to be taken or returned
  • Distribute final payments and tips on the day of event
  • Assist with getting all items and vendors off-site by contractual time with venue
